What if I miss a live call transfer?

1st missed call

  • You will receive an email notification alerting you of the missed call.

2nd missed call

  • You will receive an email notification alerting you of the missed call.
  • Your order will be paused for the remainder of the day and will re-activate the following day according to your delivery schedule.

Important - You will still be charged for missed live call transfers, as there is a live consumer on the phone interested in hearing an auto quote. Please pause your live call transfer order if you are unable to receive calls.
