What is ZipQuote's return policy for an "Auto" or "Home" lead?

Returning A Bad Lead

A return request can be submitted within seven calendar days from the date of delivery.  ZipQuote will process the return request within four calendar days.  If the lead is returned declined, you will have five days from the decline date to request an audit through ZipQuote Exchange under ‘Actions’ on the ‘Leads’ page.  ZipQuote will process all audit requests as soon as possible.  All returns and/or disputes are final.  

Credit Criteria

ZipQuote will issue credit for all leads with valid return reasons - Invalid/disconnected number, wrong phone number, fax number, language barrier did not request information, consumer already insured, duplicate lead from the past 30 days, and does not meet filters.

Live Call Transfers

If there is a disconnection or hang-up prior to the transfer, you will not be charged. All other live calls that match your order criteria will be considered a successful transfer and are not eligible to be returned.

*Not applicable to Health Leads.
