How do I request an audit on my declined "Auto" or "Home" return?

If you feel like your return shouldn't have been declined, please submit a request for your return to be audited within 5 calendar days of the decline date.

Follow these easy steps below to submit your declined returns for further review.

  1. Go to the ‘Leads’ page
  2. Under ‘Actions’ on the right hand side, click ‘Detailed View’
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the ‘Detailed View’
  4. Press ‘Please review my return again’ to submit the audit
  5. Your return audit will be processed within 5 calendar days

*Not applicable to Health Leads.
